• Pre-Authorization

         High-end medical insurance requires Guarantee of Payment (GOP) for the following treatments in advanced. If you receive treatments or examinations without our approval, we only compensate 70% of our coverage.

    

         —— Inpatient treatment

         —— Complicated dental treatment

         —— Nursing at home

         —— Outpatient tumor treatment

         —— Outpatient surgery which requires general anesthesia, outpatient treatment associated with blood or peritoneal dialysis

         —— PET-CT, stereotactic radiotherapy(SRT) (refers to Gama)

         —— Any medical treatment exceeding RMB 50,000 per visit during the insurance period
